Consume the contents of the jar within one month of opening to preserve all the aromatic finesse. Beyond this period, your chicory could see its aromas fade and develop excessive bitterness.
To make a soluble chicory from Cherico, the process is very simple. Pour three level teaspoons of preparation into 150 ml of water, then mix until completely dissolved.
