Multi-boilers: for perfect thermal stability

The Conti Monte-Carlo features a multi-boiler system, with an insulated, adjustable boiler controlled by PID on each coffee group - 0.9 L per boiler. This configuration allows you to achieve one of the best thermal stabilities on the market. You can adjust the temperature of each group according to the coffee used.

Innovative pre-infusion system - Soft pre-infusion

The Conti Monte-Carlo incorporates a soft pre-infusion system (Soft Pre-infusion). This innovative mechanism allows you to reproduce an extraction identical to a lever machine and offers a "bloom" without pump pressure, which is crucial for a balanced espresso. Each coffee group can be adjusted independently according to the coffee used.

For high volumes with extreme quality

The Conti Monte Carlo is intended for establishments with a high daily volume and who rely on very high quality. The 10 L copper boiler (14 L for the 3-group version) offers excellent capacity for chaining drinks, even during rush periods. The boiler is automatically filled, controlled by two electronic probes according to water needs.
