L'entretien se révèle tout aussi aisé que l'utilisation. Côté "lait" : il suffit de tourner la molette pour que la machine procède automatiquement au nettoyage du dispositif à mousse. Le réservoir à lait peut être déposé et conservé au réfrigérateur entre deux utilisations ou après service.
Le système de rinçage et de détartrage de cet expresso broyeur DeLonghi Primadonna fonctionne en totale automatisation. Le groupe de percolation s'enlève facilement, je vous recommande de le sortir une fois par semaine, de le rincer à l'eau tiède, de le laisser sécher à l'air libre avant de le réinstaller dans votre machine à café à grain.
