An organic coffee

For several years, more and more producers from Latin America , Central America the Caribbean and some countries in Africa are converting to organic agriculture.

With natural balance restored, chemicals are no longer of any use. organic agriculture is mostly reserved for Arabica varieties, which are more qualitatively flavorful and whose growing locations are naturally more preserved. Arabicas , native to Africa (Ethiopia), require mineral-rich soils and altitudes above 600m. Highly appreciated, this species produces very high-quality fruits with an elongated shape. The higher the altitude at which coffee is grown, the finer its aromas and the less chemicals are needed as pest infestation is non-existent.

These green beans of organic origin are sold for approximately 40% more than others.

Over the past 5 years, the supply has expanded significantly, now offering a beautiful diversity of pure origins with fine aromas. These different varieties and coffee terroirs have allowed our coffee experts to create very beautiful blends.
