E&B Lab H28 Filter 20/22g - Nano Quartz Coated

This filter can hold up to 22 grams of ground coffee (some baristas even reaching 26 grams!), ideal for overdosing and making bold espressos.

 

The E&B Lab filter is ridgeless, meaning it lacks the recessed wall that accommodates the locking ring. The filter remains well secured and the coffee is better tamped. The result in the cup is thus optimal.

 

 

 

The crema lasts longer with E&B Lab filters thanks to the I.M.S micro-perforation of the filter (170µm). It has 715 perforations.

 

This E&B Lab competition filter features a special Nano Quartz coating that prevents coffee grounds from adhering to the filter. Puck ejection is clean and cleaning is simplified.

 

A new manufacturing process is used to create these filters, the E&B Lab being thicker than a standard filter.

 

This competition filter is suitable for manual espresso machines accepting 58mm filters and equipped with an E61 group.

Pay attention to the filter heightrelative to your portafilter. Some closed portafilters (therefore non-bottomless) do not have the required 28mm depth (notably Silvia, Ascaso Uno and Dream). If your machine is among them, you will need a bottomless portafilter to use this filter.

 

The packaging is particularly careful.
