After use, rinse your filter with clear water and let it air dry. The mesh being less dense than a paper filter, adjust your grind fineness. To eliminate oil residue, soak the filter for 5 minutes in boiling water. Avoid any cleaning product that would harm the taste of your coffee.
EBB offers cloth coffee filters dedicated to slow extraction methods. The organic cotton comes from Texan cooperatives and is woven in South Carolina. The brand works directly with farms and factories to ensure a sustainable and ethical chain. A 6-person artisan workshop handles the sewing, allowing control of working conditions. Without insecticides, herbicides, pesticides or dyes, the preserved fiber is perfectly suited for coffee preparation. 3% of sales are donated to associations defending civil rights, integration of marginalized groups and environmental protection.
