Its 12-position ceramic grinder allows you to adjust the grind fineness according to the selected coffee. This robust and precise grinder guarantees at least 20,000 cups with fresh grind. Furthermore, the Bean Maestro automatically adjusts the extraction parameters to reveal the best aromas.

The strong point of this Saeco bean-to-cup coffee maker lies in the customization of its recipes. Thanks to the Coffee Equalizer Touch + you have 7 adjustment parameters to match your taste preferences. The Extra Shot also allows for a stronger extraction.
The Coffee Maestrooffers you the ability to modulate the aromatic profile of your coffee across 3 intensities: delicato, intenso and forte. This setting automatically adjusts extraction parameters: power, volume and pre-infusion duration.

Maintain your espresso machine with ease thanks to Saeco technology. The brewing unit is removable. I recommend removing it once a week, rinsing it under lukewarm water to remove oils and coffee grounds residue that accumulate with each extraction. Once well dried, you can reinstall it in your appliance.
The Aquaclean filter cartridge allows you to space descaling every 2 years or 5,000 cups. This filter removes limescale particles and purifies water to preserve the integrity of your espresso aromas. The filter cartridge should be replaced approximately every 2 months.
Your Saeco Xelsis Deluxe features an automatic descaling program. The milk circuit cleaning is also automated and is carried out via a powerful steam that eliminates 99% of bacteria.

Its milk result thanks to LattePerfetto will delight lovers of indulgence. The creaminess and density of the milk foam are remarkable.
Note: for greater autonomy, I would have liked a larger water tank. An active cup warmer would have been a significant plus. For a larger screen, more features, more user profiles and premium materials, I invite you to opt for the SM8885/00.
