Thanks to the exclusive pre-infusion system of the E61, all the aromatic richness of your coffees is highlighted.
The 1.5 cl stainless steel boiler of the Costanza Eureka coffee machine, combined with high-quality thermal insulation, maintains a stable and uniform water temperature. This design minimizes heat loss while optimizing energy efficiency. Additionally, a empty tank sensor signals any drop in water level by emitting a slight light signal.
For coffee lovers seeking precise and consistent extraction, the Costanza Eureka machine is equipped with a vibratory pump. It offers you better control over extraction by customizing pressure and water flow.
The Costanza coffee machine features a double manometer measuring group pressure and boiler pressure. Instead, it features PID technology (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) ensuring stable water temperature regulation. This device allows adjusting the boiler temperature to the exact degree, ensuring perfect extraction adapted to your coffee and your tastes.
The pre-infusion system which gently moistens the ground coffee prior to extraction, promoting even extraction and reducing bitterness. With the Eureka Costanza, you can check the number of extractions performed.

The device features ECO mode. This function reduces energy consumption by automatically placing the machine in standby after a period of inactivity. You can set the machine to start automatically at the desired time, every day of the week.

The Eureka Costanza semi-pro machine comes with : a 58 mm two-spout portafilter, single and double filter, a blind filter for maintenance and a user manual.
A daily cleaning of the coffee machine is essential to maintain its performance over time. To degrease the brew group, use specific cleaning products for brew groups as well as the blind filter provided with the device.
