The Eureka Mignon Silent Range series comes in 3 colors.
All these models nevertheless incorporate the same technologies developed by the Italian manufacturer:
- Silent Range, where previous Mignon grinders were noisy, Eureka has incorporated Silent Technology from the semi-pro Atom model, making them particularly quiet.
- Grinding precision ensured by an innovative micrometric adjustment and motor block alignment.
- Dispensing spout designed so that all the grounds end up in the portafilter, furthermore, thanks to the system developed by Eureka, the grind will be consistently fine, without clumping.

With the Eureka Mignon Specialità grinder, you can easily adjust one or two coffee doses or grind on demand via the front digital touchscreen (0.01 second precision).
Thanks to this very intuitive interface, once the ideal dose is obtained, simply memorize the grinding time to repeat the operation. The motor power (1350 RPM) and the 55 mm flat steel burrs ensure fast grinding and uniform results.
The grind adjustment knob is easy to use thanks to its numbered markers. Eureka has added a small notch on the front to help you better visualize which setting you are on.
The precision of this micrometric adjustment is guaranteed by special "Espresso & Brew" 55 mm burrs, designed to grind coffee beans for espresso or filter coffee.
The grind setting remains stable also thanks to Eureka technology, which maintains a precise setting through the alignment of the burrs and motor block with each turn of the knob. The motor rises and falls with the adjustment, in order to guarantee flawless precision.
Thanks to Eureka's "Silent Technology", this coffee grinder is a particularly quiet appliance compared to other coffee grinders.
The noise level is reduced by approximately 20 dB
Eureka has paid particular attention to the precision of the grind distribution.
All the grind is discharged directly into the filter, with no scattering around thanks to the materials used and the "ACE" technology which eliminates static electricity.
Furthermore, any potential clumps are eliminated thanks to the sieve integrated into the dispensing spout.
The Specialità range also offers the possibility to adjust the fork height, regardless of the portafilter used, to lock it in place and enable hands-free dispensing.
