The Eureka Mignon Silent Range series comes in 3 distinct finishes.
However, all these finishes share the technologies developed by the Italian brand:
- Silent Range, where previous generations of Mignon grinders were particularly noisy, Eureka integrated the Silent Technology from the semi-pro Atom model, making them particularly quiet.
- Grinding precision ensured by an innovative micrometric adjustment and motor block alignment.
- Distribution spout designed so that all the ground coffee ends up in the filter, furthermore, thanks to the system developed by Eureka, the grind will always remain fine, without clump formation.

The Eureka Mignon Specialità grinder allows you to easily adjust one or two doses of coffee or grind on demand thanks to the digital touchscreen display positioned on the front (precision to the hundredth of a second).
Thanks to this intuitive interface, once the ideal dose is obtained, simply memorize the grinding time to repeat the operation. The motor power (1350 RPM) and the 55 mm flat steel burrs ensure fast grinding and uniform particle size.
The grind adjustment knob remains simple to operate thanks to its numbered markers. Eureka added a small notch at the front to facilitate reading of the current setting.
The precision of this micrometric adjustment relies on special "Espresso & Brew" 55 mm burrs, designed to grind coffee beans for both espresso and filter coffee.
The grind setting remains stable thanks also to Eureka technology, which ensures the preservation of a precise setting by aligning the burrs and motor block with each turn of the knob. The motor moves up and down simultaneously with the adjustment, with the aim of guaranteeing optimal precision.
Equipped with Eureka's "Silent Technology", this coffee grinder proves particularly quiet compared to other coffee grinders.

At Eureka, the precision of grind distribution has been particularly refined.
The entire grind is poured directly into the filter, without any splatter around, thanks to the materials used as well as the "ACE" technology which eliminates static electricity.
Furthermore, any potential clumps are removed thanks to the sieve integrated into the dispensing spout.
The Specialità range also offers the possibility to adjust the fork height, regardless of the portafilter used, to lock it in place and benefit from hands-free dosing.
