The Eureka Mignon Silent Range series comes in 3 distinct colors.
However, each finish features the same technologies developed by the Italian manufacturer:
- Silent Range, where previous Mignon grinders were noisy, Eureka has incorporated the Silent Technology from the semi-pro Atom model, making them particularly silent.
- Grinding precision ensured by an innovative micrometric adjustment and motor block alignment.
- Distribution spout designed so that all the ground coffee falls into the portafilter, furthermore, thanks to the system patented by Eureka, the grind will be consistently fine, without clumping.

The Eureka Mignon Specialità grinder allows you to easily adjust one or two doses of coffee, or grind on demand thanks to the frontal digital touchscreen display (precision to the hundredth of a second).
Thanks to this intuitive interface, once the ideal dose is obtained, simply memorize the grinding time to reproduce the operation. The motor power (1350 RPM) and the 55 mm flat steel burrs ensure fast grinding and uniform particle size.
The grind adjustment knob remains simple to operate thanks to its numbered markers. Eureka has added a small notch at the front to make reading the current setting easier.
The precision of this micrometric adjustment relies on special "Espresso & Brew" 55 mm burrs, designed to grind coffee beans for both espresso and filter coffee.
The grind setting remains stable thanks to Eureka's technology, which ensures precise adjustment by aligning the burrs and motor block with each turn of the knob. The motor moves up and down with the adjustment, to guarantee optimal precision.
Thanks to Eureka's "Silent Technology", this coffee grinder proves to be particularly quiet compared to other coffee grinders.
The noise level is reduced by approximately 20 dB
Eureka has particularly refined the precision of the grind distribution.
The entire grind is dispensed into the filter, with no risk of dispersion around thanks to the materials used and the "ACE" technology which eliminates static electricity.
Furthermore, any clumps are eliminated thanks to the sieve integrated into the dispensing spout.
The Specialità range also allows you to adjust the fork height, regardless of the portafilter used, to lock it in place and enable hands-free distribution.
