The Eureka Mignon Silent Range series comes in 3 finishes.
However, all these finishes incorporate the same technologies developed by the Italian brand:
- Silent Range, where older Mignon grinders were very noisy, Eureka has integrated Silent Technology as on the semi-pro Atom model, making them very quiet.
- Grinding precision ensured by an innovative micrometric adjustment and motor block alignment.
- Dispersion spout designed so that all the ground coffee ends up in the filter, moreover, thanks to the system developed by Eureka, the grind will always be fine, clump-free.

With the Eureka Mignon Specialità grinder, you can simply adjust one or two doses of coffee or grind on demand thanks to the digital touchscreen display on the front (precision of 0.01 seconds).
Thanks to this very clear system, once you have reached the right dose, you only need to save the grinding time to repeat the same action. The motor power (1350 RPM) and the 55 mm flat steel burrs allow for fast grinding and a homogeneous result.
The grinding adjustment knob is simple to handle thanks to its numbered markers. Eureka has added a small notch on the front to allow you to better visualize which setting you are on.
The precision of this micrometric adjustment is ensured by special "Espresso & Brew" 55 mm burrs, designed to grind coffee beans for espresso or filter coffee.
The grind setting is stable also thanks to Eureka technology, which allows maintaining a precise setting through the alignment of the burrs and motor block at each knob rotation. The motor rises and lowers with the adjustment, in order to guarantee flawless precision.
With Eureka's "Silent Technology", this coffee grinder is a very quiet grinder compared to other coffee grinders.

Eureka a accordé une attention particulière à la précision de la distribution de la mouture.
