The Jura E8 EC machine features the latest grinder from the P.A.G.2 generation (Professional Aroma Grinder 2). This coffee grinder offers an optimal grinding experience, guaranteeing a flawless cup with every extraction. The coffee grinder incorporates a system called Vacuum Clean system that empties the grinder after each grinding cycle, thus preventing any blockage when changing grind fineness settings.

The 3D step of the Jura E8, EC version occurs during the pre-infusion, right after tamping. Water flows evenly through the coffee puck, allowing the grounds to saturate with water and develop all their aromas before extraction.

The P.E.P (Pulse Extraction Process) activates after pre-infusion. It consists of applying pulsed pressure on the coffee puck to optimally extract the aromas. This pulsed pressure allows water to remain in contact with the grounds for the ideal time, ensuring a balanced and flavorful cup result.

• The brewing unit: The Jura E8 EC machine comes with two cleaning tablets. Use them regularly to eliminate oil and ground residues in the brewing unit, ensuring optimal extraction.
• The milk system: The milk system maintenance is also easy. Use the two-compartment container provided with the machine. Dilute a mini tablet in one compartment with water, then the machine will perform a complete rinse of the milk circuit.
• The grounds container: The grounds container can hold up to 16 coffee pucks, offering large capacity. However, it is recommended to empty it frequently to maintain your machine's cleanliness.
