The original E61 espresso machine model was released in 1961 and was a revolution in the espresso machine sector. Sixty years later, FAEMA launches a reissue of this fabulous machine.
This new model revisits the technical characteristics of its ancestor, while remaining faithful to the historic version by keeping its rounded shape and its robust, very high quality materials.
This machine is the first innovation to have offered the use of a volumetric pump so that the water pressure remains at the same level throughout the extraction. The boiler is also equipped with an automatic filling system and a patented FAEMA adjustable thermal balancing system.
This automatic version of the E61 offers you the possibility to manually adjust the water and coffee dosage to serve a unique coffee.
All these technologies are coupled with a coffee pre-infusion system that allows the coffee to remain in contact with water longer and thus enables the extraction of all the flavors from your coffee.
