The original model of the E61 espresso machine was released in 1961 and revolutionized the espresso machine industry. Sixty years later, FAEMA launches a reissue of this fabulous machine.
This new model revisits the technical characteristics of its ancestor, while remaining faithful to the historic version by preserving its rounded shape and its robust, very high-quality materials.
This machine is the first innovation to have proposed the use of a volumetric pump so that the water pressure remains stable throughout the extraction. The boiler is also equipped with an automatic filling system and an adjustable thermal balancing system patented by FAEMA.
This automatic version of the E61 offers you the possibility to manually adjust the water and coffee dosage to serve a unique espresso.
All these technologies are coupled with a coffee pre-infusion system that allows the coffee to remain in contact with the water longer and thus enables the extraction of all the flavors of your espresso.
