Thanks to its new touchscreen, coffee dose selection is simple and intuitive. The barista's work gains fluidity and simplicity while maintaining impeccable cup quality.
The 4.3" screen interface, horizontal and readable from all angles, displays the iconic features of the E71 range. This interface relies on Newton electronics: the number and color of programmable dose buttons are customizable.

- GTi thermal system with independent boilers. Water for coffee is routed to the boilers where it is brought to the desired extraction temperature. Customize the temperature of each coffee group, as well as the total extraction time: this depends on the amount of water and the contact time required during the pre-infusion phase.
- The Smart Boiler systemmanages the accumulation of energy stored in the boiler: benefit from constant boiler pressure and maximum steam production even under intensive use conditions.
- Main boiler capacity: 7 liters.
- The Energy Savingallowing to reduce the boiler pressure when the machine remains inactive for an extended period. This technology generates significant energy savings.
- 2 steam wandsergonomic stainless steel with levers anda hot water outletdedicated.
- Milk Precision System: milk foam is prepared cold, using only air, or hot via steam. Adjust the milk temperature according to each type of beverage.
- Automatic Washing Cleaning(AWS): Throughout the day, the machine performs programmable wash cycles. Cleaning is done exclusively with water intended for this purpose during operation, then with specific detergents before shutdown, at the end of service.
