The E98UP is a machine with a very refined design that will fit perfectly on your worktop. Its versatility, ease of use and maintenance make it an essential machine.
Indeed, each group is associated with a responsive backlit keypad that allows you to manage the dosages of the drinks being prepared. You will find four keys for dosages (espresso/double espresso/lungo/double lungo) and a continuous dispensing key.

Equipped with a fixed-jet thermosyphon system, this reliable machine ensures excellent performance guaranteed in the cup.
Indeed, this heating system is the most efficient and reduces all risks of malfunction.
The boiler will heat the water that will be used by the tap and steam creation. This same boiler is crossed by a pipe that connects the water network to the coffee group. The water circulating there will heat up by heat exchange.
Once heated, the hot water will rise naturally and cold water will come to take its place and thus the hot water will make its way to the cup. Each group is equipped with an adjustment wheel to have a temperature adapted to the extraction demand.
This machine also incorporates a self-regulating group system, allowing the coffee extraction temperature requirements to be combined with steam and hot water production demands. This technology proves particularly effective when using high boiler pressures to make cappuccinos, without compromising in-cup quality.
