Faema E98UP 2 Groups professional espresso machine
An espresso machine designed for baristas and coffee establishments
The E98UP is a machine with a very refined design that will integrate perfectly into your worktop. Its versatility, ease of use and maintenance make it an essential piece of equipment.
Indeed, each group is equipped with a backlit responsive touch control keypad that allows you to manage the dosages of drinks being prepared. You will find four keys for dosages (espresso/double espresso/lungo/double lungo) and a continuous dispensing key.
This ergonomic and robust machine is made of stainless steel, making it easy to maintain. A real daily comfort. Its reliability and performance are the guarantee of excellence in the cup.

Thermosiphon system
Equipped with a thermosiphon system with fixed nozzles, this reliable machine ensures excellent performance guaranteed in the cup.
Indeed, this heating system is the most efficient and reduces all risks of malfunction.
The boiler will heat the water that will be used by the tap and steam creation. This same boiler is crossed by a pipe that connects the water network to the coffee group. The water circulating there will heat up by heat exchange.
Once heated, the hot water will naturally rise and cold water will come to take its place and thus the hot water will make its way to the cup. Each group is equipped with an adjustment knob to have a temperature adapted to the extraction demand.
This machine also integrates a group self-regulation system, allowing to reconcile the coffee extraction temperature requirements with steam and hot water demands. This device proves particularly effective when using high boiler pressures, especially for cappuccino, while preserving the cup quality.
