The Aiden drip coffee maker and its different profiles: how it works
With Aiden, it's like having a real barista at home. Designed to replicate the pour-over coffee experience, the Aiden offers the possibility to enjoy coffee with the precision and richness typically associated with manual methods. Its plastic construction, cubic design, and matte black finish make the Aiden a device that will blend harmoniously into all contemporary interiors.
Aiden allows you to develop, save and retrieve your recipes for perfect reproducibility. To develop your recipes, you need to create a profile for which you can customize the name and define your own parameters. Thus, you can adjust the temperature (optimal between 90 and 95 C), the ratio (the lower it is, the stronger the cup will be). You can also adjust the pre-infusion and thus modify the temperature of the water, the duration and the ratio. An advanced mode is available and allows you to access other parameters to define the number of pulses desired (10 maximum), the temperature and the interval between each pulse.
The coffee maker also includes predefined profiles, adapted to the roast of your coffee. These profiles range from light to dark and you can even opt for a cold brew. Indeed, Aiden has a Cold Brew function that it performs in 5 hours only, a record time considering that this type of brew usually lasts 12 hours.
