Aiden Fellow: how to customize your coffee infinitely?

For purists and experts, here is finally a coffee maker that reconciles the demands of manual filter coffee with the comfort of automation. The Fellow Aiden White rigorously and elegantly reproduces the gestures of an experienced barista, while leaving you the pleasure of creating.

Designed to offer you the consistency of the best manual methods, Aiden allows you to create, save and replay your favorite recipes with ease. You can configure a personal profile, name it, then precisely define the brewing parameters: brewing temperature (between 90 and 95°C), coffee/water ratio, pre-infusion duration, pre-infusion water temperature, and much more. In advanced mode, you access expert settings such as the number of water pulses (up to 10), their interval and temperature to adjust every detail of your extraction.

And if you prefer not to start from scratch, Aiden also offers predefined profiles based on roast type (from lightest to darkest), but also a cold brew mode particularly efficient: a cold brew ready in 5 hours, or more than twice as fast as the traditional method.

A tailor-made coffee moment, whatever the number of cups

Aiden's versatility is also found in the included accessories. Two filter baskets are included: one conical, perfect for small quantities, and the other flat, suitable for more generous volumes. Depending on the number of cups desired, the machine indicates which filter basket to use. A clear and educational system so that even beginners quickly find their bearings.

On the LCD screen essential information is displayed in real time, including the remaining brewing time. A gentle chime signals the end of preparation. And for those who like to anticipate their day, a programmable timer allows you to schedule your coffee for the next morning. Simply fill the reservoir, add the ground coffee, and set the start time. When you wake up, the smell of freshly brewed coffee welcomes you.

The double-walled thermal carafe in stainless steel keeps your coffee hot for several hours without altering its aromas, so you can enjoy it at your own pace, alone or with others. And thanks to the volumetric sensor integrated, Aiden uses exactly the amount of water needed, even if you have filled the reservoir to the maximum.

Aiden: a dedicated mobile application

The Aiden experience continues beyond the machine thanks to the mobile application "Fellow – Brew with Aiden", available on iOS and Android. Thanks to Wi-Fi connectivity, you can create, adjust and share your brewing profiles, record every parameter (temperature, ratio, duration…) and manage multiple Fellow devices from a single space.

The app also offers step-by-step guides to solve any connection or usage issues, with simple immediate solutions. A QR code displayed on the machine screen allows you to download the application in a few seconds if needed.
