This Arfize cartridge stands out for its efficiency and ease of installation, it is fully compatible with Smeg machines, whether automatic or manual. Its formulation based on coconut shell activated carbon and food-grade resin reduces limescale deposits as well as chlorine presence. You will thus enjoy a drink with more developed aromas and therefore more pleasant in the mouth! And your machine will also benefit with an extended lifespan. This composition has been specially calibrated for French tap water.

Our experts have designed this cartridge with a balanced dosage of its components: one part coconut shell activated carbon to one part resin, unlike some brands that overdose the resin and thus create an imbalance in the filtration process.

Filter Cartridge Installation

The filter cartridge plays a crucial role in protecting your machine, but incorrect installation can lead to difficult water flow. To avoid this problem, it is recommended to soak the cartridge in water beforehand to evacuate the air it contains. Once this step is completed, you can proceed with its installation with complete peace of mind.

What is the replacement frequency? The cartridge should be changed every 2 to 3 months depending on your water hardness and your consumption volume.

This cartridge can filter up to 150L of water, i.e. approximately 400 drinks and can replace the cartridge and 1ECWF01.
