Taste a succulent white tea from Organic Agriculture

The Blanc exquis is a tea from George Cannon that lives up to its name. It is a recipe based on white tea, flavored with peach, apricot, mirabelle plum and kiwi. These different fruits blend and balance perfectly to create a blend where sweetness mingles with the acidity and sweetness of ripe fruits. Beyond its taste qualities, this white tea comes from Organic Agriculture.

This tea is presented in loose leaf, which allows for easy dosing. You can prepare a cup at your leisure, or an entire teapot. Note however that this tea infuses in water at low temperature (around 65°C) — water that is too hot risks altering the delicate flavor of the tea leaves. The infusion time is higher than for black or green tea, as it requires between 7 and 20 minutes of infusion.
