This Coquelicot Gourmand black tea from Dammann Frères is a true marvel composed of pink peony flower petals and cornflower, with flavors of poppy, biscuit and marzipan. This tea can be enjoyed throughout the day to appreciate its sweet notes. For its preparation, bring the water to 90° to allow the black tea to fully express its aromas. Immerse the sachet in the water for 4 to 5 minutes according to your preferences. For afternoon tea, pair it with a lemon biscuit or a financier to enhance the almond notes.
