From Moroccan tradition, this Dammann Frères loose leaf mint green tea marries a Gunpowder green tea with two species of mint. During your tasting, you will appreciate the delicacy of spearmint and the lively character of peppermint.
Preparation is very simple: infuse 2 g of tea in 100 ml of water at 90°C for three to four minutes. For a Moroccan-style tasting, serve very hot with a pinch of sugar. For a refreshing version, prepare it the day before and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
