This green tea from Dammann Frères offered in loose leaf format (100 g) evokes a walk in the forest at the beginning of summer. 1, 2, 3 I'm going to the woods is full of red berries: cherry, raspberry, strawberry, redcurrant and blackcurrant; enhanced by freshly picked mint.
This green tea from Dammann Frères is irresistibly fruity and deliciously refreshing with its notes of red berries and mint. Pieces of redcurrant and wild strawberry blend perfectly with the peppermint leaves in this creation aptly named "1, 2, 3 I'm going to the woods".
This tea is best enjoyed hot. For preparation, infuse the desired amount in water ideally between 80 and 90°C for 4 to 5 minutes. Its loose leaf format offers great convenience for dosing: you can prepare a single cup or a full teapot as you wish. It's up to you to dose according to your preferences.
Sufficient on its own, this tea can nevertheless be accompanied by small pastries such as financiers or vanilla madeleines.
