Comptoir français du thé partnered with French pastry chef Nina Métayer to create a whole range of unique teas and infusions of exceptional quality. Among these teas is Délicatesse provençale, which as its name suggests, is a declaration of love for our beautiful Provence.

This is a green tea flavored with apple, elderflower, Provence thyme and apricot pieces. It is these last two ingredients that captivate the senses from the first infusion, and bring great softness to the tasting experience.

Délicatesse provençale is packaged in loose leaf, making it very practical to dose. It can be enjoyed hot or cold according to your preference. For a hot version, an infusion of about 4 minutes in water ideally at 85°C will suffice. For a cold version, the infusion should be done in cool water for 4 to 6 hours. Use 6g of tea per 1 L of cold water.

Ingredients : green tea, apple pieces, elderflowers, apricot pieces 6% (apricot, rice flour), natural flavors, Provence thyme. May contain traces of tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts), milk and soy.
