To obtain this exceptional whole bean coffee, Tanat selected beans from the Tododsantarita cooperative, perfectly located in the Huehuetenango region, in western Guatemala. The farm benefits from ideal climatic conditions: a temperate climate, a privileged location in the heart of the Sierra de los Cucuchmatanes mountains, an altitude exceeding 1600 m. This coffee is composed of the Pâche, Caturra and Typica varieties. All of these have undergone a wet processing method.
On tasting: this specialty coffee presents a fleshy body that offers indulgent aromas of dark chocolate as well as fruity notes of apple, accompanied by a light acidity. This coffee can be extracted as filter or espresso!
