Easy to use, this electric kettle has a control panel with 4 buttons and a digital display.

The Hario Buono kettle offers an adjustable temperature, allowing you to adjust your temperature from60 to 96°C. You can set the temperature to the exact degree, essential for respecting the specificities of each coffee. A "boil" button allows you to reach100°C .

in one touch. A 10 min keep warmis set by default, this Buono kettle also has an automatic shut-offif no action is taken beyond 10 min. 300ml minimum is required for operation, up to a maximum of 800ml . 

Maintenance & Safety

A "dry boil" protection prevents the kettle from starting without water. It automatically turns off as soon as it is lifted from its 360° base. Its hidden heating element protects it from limescale and deposits. A steam ventis integrated, be careful not to orient the orifices towards the handle.

Warning, do not touch the body after use, stainless steel conducts heat. The handle is sufficiently spaced from the kettle body for a secure grip and to avoid burns.

To clean the outside of your Hario kettleBuono, use a soft dry cloth. For the stainless steel interior, proceed as follows:

1. fill 800ml water + 30g citric acid
2. boil the mixture and let rest for 1h
3. empty and rinse
4. refill with clean water, bring to a boil then empty
