How to use your Neapolitan coffee maker?
- Fill the water reservoir up to the small hole located 1cm from the edge.
- Pour 6g of coffee, medium grind, into the filter reservoir.
- Screw the upper part of the filter to close it, then insert the filter-reservoir into the water reservoir.
- Insert the upper part of the coffee maker, with the spout, above the lower part, so that the spout is facing downwards.
- Heat the Neapolitan coffee maker (with the spout positioned downwards) and bring the water to a boil. The water boils when a trickle of steam escapes from the small hole.
- Remove the coffee maker from the heat, then flip it over in one quick movement by holding both handles.
- The water descends, passes through the filter containing the coffee and reaches the lower part.
- Wait a few moments before serving and tasting.
