Taste this delicious jasmine-flavored green tea

The number 683 from Dammann Frères is a jasmine-flavored Chinese green tea. Named Imperial Jasmine for its extreme delicacy on the palate, it is offered in loose leaf form. The loose leaf packaging (100 g for this tea) allows you to prepare one or more cups of tea at your leisure.

Its tasting unfolds in three stages, first with a very floral attack on the palate, then a distinctly woodier heart, and finally a cocoa finish that adds a gourmet touch.

To fully appreciate each of these aromas, let a dose of tea steep for three minutes in water ideally at 80°C. We recommend following the preparation guidelines so that the aromas can diffuse without creating bitterness.
