The variable brewing unit holds approximately between 5 and 16 g of coffee, adjusting the pressure exactly according to the volume of coffee selected.
The moistening of the coffee before percolation is ensured by the intelligent pre-percolation system (I.P.B.A.S.). The pulse extraction process (P.E.P.)guarantees a perfect extraction time and remarkable quality for short coffees, whether espresso or ristretto.
