First, the Professional Aroma Grindergrinds the beans with optimal fineness, quickly and smoothly. It allows you to obtain up to 12.2% additional aromas compared to a standard grinder.

The variable brewing unit contains approximately between 5 and 16 g of coffee and precisely adjusts the pressure according to the amount of coffee selected.

The intelligent pre-brewing system (I.P.B.A.S.) moistens the coffee before brewing. The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.) ensures an ideal extraction time and optimal extraction for short coffees, espresso and ristretto.
