The new model of the Jura E8 range retains its classic style enhanced by a brilliant white. Jura pays attention to details: an LED illuminates each drink during preparation. The machine features a large 3.5" screen listing the available recipes. Ideal for family use, it offers 17 delicious drinks and generous reservoirs:

The Jura E8 EC version features the latest generation P.A.G.2 grinder. The Professional Aroma coffee grinder ensures optimal grinding, cup after cup. The major innovation: the ability to modify the grinding degree at any time. Its relaxed standby mode between uses preserves the mechanism, extending its lifespan and ensuring consistent grinding. The grinder integrates Vacuum Clean System technology which, after each grinding, purges the burrs to prevent any blockage when changing settings.

The grinder is also quieter and faster than the previous version, allowing you to savor each preparation, with your coffee always remaining excellent.

3D Pre-infusion and PEP technology

During pre-infusion, the 3D step comes into action. Once tamping is complete, water flows homogeneously through the puck, allowing the grind to swell. This process promotes aroma development before extraction begins.

The P.E.P system activates after pre-infusion, when pressure is applied to the puck to extract the aromas. This pressure is applied in pulses, allowing the water to remain in contact with the grounds for the optimal time and achieve a perfectly balanced result in the cup.

• The filter cartridge: This machine accepts the Claris Smart cartridge (supplied with the appliance), which filters tap water to purify it from limescale and impurities.
• The brewing unit: Your Jura machine comes with 2 cleaning tablets, to be used to remove oil and ground residue present in the brewing unit.
• The milk system: The Jura machine easily maintains its milk circuit thanks to the supplied two-compartment container. Simply dissolve a mini-tablet in a compartment filled with water, and the machine performs a complete rinse of the circuit.
• The grounds container: With a capacity of 16 pucks, it offers real comfort of use, although it is recommended to empty it regularly.
