The CK105 from Kottea is an electric coffee maker designed to prepare slow coffee (a gentle extraction method producing a filter coffee clearer than espresso, delicate, nuanced and rich in aromas).
It features a pivoting showerhead system with three water jets that distributes water in a spiral over the entire grind to extract maximum flavor.
Its other major asset: the Kottea CK105 performs a pre-infusion with pause time to guarantee a successful extraction. Like a true coffee ritual, it also allows you to rinse your filter before brewing thanks to its "Rinse" function.

Beyond its preparation mode, the Kottea CK105 optimizes temperature and water distribution thanks to its reservoir equipped with a glass tube and a hydraulic circuit allowing stabilization of the distributed water temperature.
Once extraction is complete, the keep-warm function activates for 20 minutes below 70°C to preserve the aromatic integrity of your coffee.
