The Kottea CK105 is an electric coffee maker that allows you to make slow coffee (gentle method to obtain filter coffee that is clearer than espresso, smooth, subtle and more aromatic on the palate).
Equipped with a rotating showerhead with three water outlets, the Kottea CK105 coffee maker diffuses water in a spiral over the entire coffee grind to collect maximum aromas.
Another strong point, the Kottea CK105 performs a pre-infusion with a pause time to successfully ensure your extraction. And like any well-prepared coffee ritual, it allows you to rinse your filter before brewing thanks to its "Rinse" function.

In addition to its brewing system, the Kottea CK105 optimally manages temperature and water distribution thanks to its heating system equipped with a glass tube and a water circuit to maintain a constant temperature of the diffused water.
At the end of extraction, the keep warm starts for 20 minutes at less than 70°C to preserve all the aromas of your coffee.
