One of the major assets of this device lies in its dimensions. It is one of the most compact coffee machines available with only 18 cm in width by 39 cm in depth. It naturally finds its place in all interiors. Due to its reduced size, it incorporates containers of limited size, designed for individual or two-person consumption. Its aesthetic is modern and streamlined with quality components.

Its cup tray is removable to accommodate larger containers under the dispensing spouts. This Kottea bean-to-cup coffee machine proves rather quiet particularly thanks to the sealing gasket surrounding the bean hopper lid, which muffles the sound of the grinder.

This Kottea Espressima CK307S.OT coffee machine is aimed at coffee and milk-based recipe enthusiasts.

Each drink is factory preset for optimal performance, but you can customize each one according to your preferences. This coffee machine has only one extraction nozzle, but its speed allows you to make several coffees in a row without waiting. The intensity setting is not adjustable, however the calibration is designed to extract an exceptional coffee. The cup quantity can be adjusted according to your preferences. It features a 5-position steel grinder and an intuitive touch interface.

This bean-to-cup coffee machine features a One Touch milk system. Effortlessly prepare airy milk foams of excellent quality with a simple gesture. Pour milk (fresh, straight from the refrigerator) into your milk carafe and connect the cappuccinator tube to your machine. Then select the desired milk drink and the machine takes care of the rest.
My advice: to obtain a dense and persistent milk foam, prefer fresh UHT whole milk (around 4°C). Plant-based milk also works (soy milk, richer in proteins, facilitates foam formation).

Kottea coffee machine: drink customization

This coffee machine with integrated grinder offers automatic adjustment for each drink. However, you can modify the cup volume of your preparations, including milk-based recipes. Here is the procedure:

1. Start the desired drink by pressing the button (cappuccino or latte macchiato).
2. Wait during the bean grinding.
3. Once the grinding is complete, press the button again (cappuccino or latte macchiato) and hold it down until you reach the desired foam volume, then release.
4. To adjust the coffee: press the drink button again while the preparation is in progress until you reach the desired coffee volume, then release.
5. These settings will then be saved.

Maintenance of the Kottea One Touch CK307S.OT bean-to-cup coffee machine

To simplify your daily life, Kottea offers you a machine that is easy to use, but above all easy to maintain. Its grounds container extracts from the front of the appliance for greater ease of use. You have the option to activate or not the rinsing of the nozzles at power on and/or power off, manually.

In addition, it benefits from an automatic descaling program for the daily maintenance of your bean-to-cup espresso machine. The brewing chamber is accessible via a side door to facilitate its cleaning. Remember to install a filter cartridge in the water tank to eliminate limescale and improve taste purity.

My advice:remove the coffee group weekly, rinse it with lukewarm water to eliminate coffee grounds and residue. Let it dry before reinstalling it in the Kottea bean-to-cup coffee machine.
Also remember torinse the milk pipe after each use, by immersing the nozzle in a container of clear water containing a milk cleaning product and pressing the "milk" button.
