This automatic machine allows you to manually adjust the volume of each drink, especially for milk-based preparations:

1. Press the button for your chosen drink (e.g., cappuccino or latte macchiato).
2. Once grinding is complete, hold the button down until you reach the desired foam volume, then release.
3. Then, for the coffee, repeat the same operation: press and hold until the desired volume.
4. Settings are automatically saved for next use.

Maintenance of the Kottea One Touch CK307S.OT bean-to-cup coffee machine

Kottea focused on simple operation as well as hassle-free maintenance.
The drip tray pulls out from the front, offering real daily convenience. The automatic rinsing of the spouts can be activated at startup or shutdown, or performed manually according to your preferences.

The machine also features an automatic descaling program. The brew group pulls out easily through a hatch located on the side, simplifying its maintenance.

My maintenance advice:
Every week, remove the brew group, clean it with lukewarm water to remove residues, wait until it is completely dry before reinstalling it. Don't forget to clean the milk pipe after each use by immersing it in clear water containing a special milk cleaning product, then pressing the "milk" button.
