The incorporated pre-infusion perfects extraction and enhances capsule aromas, for a homogeneous result: creamy crema, balanced texture and controlled intensity. A perfect asset to elevate the coffee break in a professional setting.
The Kottea EVE machine accepts all Nespresso® Original* capsules, allowing you to select your references from a wide range of coffees. This adaptability is an advantage for professionals wishing to control their expenses while diversifying their range.
The adjustable cup rest with 3 levels allows serving either an espresso or a mug, according to needs and tastes. The capsule collection container holds up to 6 capsules, practical for regular use without constant maintenance. With a 0.5 L water tank, the machine can prepare approximately 6 cups: a capacity suited to small teams, offices or shared spaces.
Made with solid and easy-to-maintain materials, the Kottea EVE ensures excellent durability. Maintenance is facilitated: a light indicator signals when a descaling cycle is required. The operation takes just a few minutes with an appropriate product, such as ARFIZE descaler, to preserve performance and extend the appliance's lifespan.

The Kottea EVE stands out for its simplicity of use and exemplary consistency. Designed for moderate professional use (offices, small reception areas), it perfectly fulfills its mission: quick startup, intuitive interface, and above all remarkable consistency from cup to cup. Its capacities remain limited, which excludes it from high daily traffic use, but for a small team or reception area, it proves entirely suitable.
What particularly appealed to me is the balance between compact size and extraction quality. The crema is consistently present, the coffee remains balanced, and the experience remains pleasant. It's an accessible, high-performing and easy-to-maintain option that allows professionals to offer quality coffee without complication.
