The strengths of the Esperto Abile lever machine by La Pavoni

The Esperto Abile LPLESA01EU features a typically Italian vintage design with refined finishes. Made from noble materials such as stainless steel and brass, with wooden accents, it effectively resists limescale, thereby reducing necessary maintenance operations.

Its original lever system controls the piston located within the group. Lift it to master pre-infusion. The espresso then flows by lowering the lever. By precisely controlling your movement to achieve ideal pressure, you will succeed in an extraction comparable to those of the greatest Italian establishments.

The 51 mm brass extraction group incorporates a competition shower screen featuring 200 µm filtration. Two pressure gauges allow constant monitoring of boiler pressure and group pressure.

The boiler offers a generous 1.6 L capacity, accompanied by a Pressurestat system ensuring stable pressure. The heat-up time for the Esperto Abile lever machine is approximately 5 minutes.

It includes a safety thermostat manually resettable, a temperature indicator, a safety valve and a water level indicator.

This model features a standard portafilter with 51 mm diameter and a Fascino portafilter enabling bottomless extractions. It works in perfect harmony with the competition filters supplied with the machine: a 1-cup 9 g filter, a 2-cup 14/16 g filter, and a 20 g filter.

For optimal performance, it is recommended to pair the Esperto Abile with a specialized espresso grinder. 

Furthermore, the single one-cup filter is also compatible with ESE pods.

The Esperto Abile model can prepare 16 ristretto cups or 8 espresso cups in a row. It also offers you the ability to create beautiful milk froths, to customize all your favorite caffeinated beverages.

The Cappuccino Automatic system for milk-based drinks

All La Pavoni lever espresso machines are equipped with a stainless steel steam wand. It allows the preparation of milk foam, heated milk, but also tea or the lengthening of your espresso.

The steam function is interchangeable with the Cappuccino Automatic, which automatically draws milk directly from the container of your choice (jug, bottle...), froths it and dispenses it hot and perfectly foamy into your cup. Simple and effective!

The steam flow is designed to operate for a maximum of 16 minutes.
