A modernized Lelit Bianca PL162T

The manual espresso machine Lelit Bianca PL162T-EUCB is part of Lelit's "PRO LINE" range, designed for the experienced barista.

This black painted stainless steel model retains all the basics of the previous version with its double boiler in stainless steel, its wooden finishes (light on the PL162T-EUCB) and the L58E group coupled with a heat exchanger.

The L58E brewing group from Lelit is based on the famous E61 group. Some internal parts have been redesigned by Lelit and assembled differently for better performance. This name change (L58E) is to ensure that customers do not make modifications or repairs with standard E61 spare parts on their Lelit machines, which might not work or could damage the L58E group.

The new version of the Lelit Bianca gives you the ability to go even further in your extraction settings, thanks to the new options available in the Lelit Control Center.

This manual espresso machine will also allow you to make Latte Art thanks to its semi-professional "Cool Touch" steam wand in stainless steel.

Its 58 mm brass brewing group places it in the semi-professional espresso machine group, as it will need to be paired with a suitable espresso grinder to get good results in the cup.

All LELIT espresso machines are made in Italy with materials from Italy or Europe. Every LELIT espresso machine (regardless of range: evolutive or semi-pro) is also tested 2 times on the production line before being carefully boxed.

Lelit Control Center (LCC) Functions on the Lelit Bianca PL162T-EUCB

This option does not offer the same manual control as the paddle, but it executes it automatically, identically with each use. Once your ideal profile is found and saved, you can replicate it at will. The new LCC system allows you to:

- Adjust the extracted coffee temperature.

- Adjust the dispensed steam temperature.

- Enable/disable the steam boiler.

- Choose the temperature measurement unit.

- Program pre-infusion times.

- Program low flow (Low Flow) times.

- Enable/disable sleep mode.

- Check the partial and total shot counters.

- Use the timer for extraction time

The machine automatically goes to sleep after 30 minutes of inactivity

The function Brew Temp off set : Allows you to increase or decrease the coffee boiler temperature during extraction, by adjusting the temperature of the water coming out of the group.

Other Features of the Lelit Bianca PL162T-EUCB

A professional 58 mm diameter extraction group and a very high quality brass portafilter to ensure excellent thermal stability.

The portafilter "Coffee Slide" exclusive to Lelit, with its slide-shaped spouts, makes it easy to obtain beautiful crema while offering good visibility on your espresso extraction. The design of this portafilter allows for perfectly flat tamping without damaging the spouts.

The multidirectional stainless steel semi-professional steam wand to perfect your milk foam and practice Latte Art. Thanks to its "Cool Touch" system, there is no risk of burns when touching the wand.

The dedicated hot water tap to lengthen your morning coffee.

Additionally, the steam wand and tap have been redesigned to not touch the machine body and prevent scratches.

The front pressure gauge indicating pump pressure and steam pressure, as well as the extraction group pressure gauge.

A removable water reservoir with a capacity of 2.5 L, which can be positioned on the side of the machine.

A cup warmer equipped with a stainless steel gridto preheat your cups and prevent any thermal shock during extraction.

A drip tray and a grid made entirely of stainless steel.

Acup riserin stainless steel is included for small espresso cups.

The Lelit Bianca PL162T-EUCB features a3-way solenoid valveallowing to drain excess water from the portafilter at the end of extraction and to secure the machine in case of overpressure.

Theheating timeisfasterrapideon this new model (approximately 20 minutes).

The Backflush function for deep maintenance

Thanks to its 3-way solenoid valve, the Lelit Bianca PL162T-EUCB allows you to perform aBackflush (deep cleaning) to maintain your machine, using the blind filter and a specialized detergent.

Note:For machines connected to the water supply, the use of a water softening and filtration kit is strongly recommended (as for a professional espresso machine). This kit is essential to ensure water that is safe for your appliance and to improve the taste of your espresso. Without filtration, you risk damaging your machine in the long term and having the warranty voided by the brand for lack of maintenance.
