Presentation of the farm and producer:

Thiscoffee beanEl Mombacho comes from theDipilto region, Nicaragua. This coffee is the result of Olman Valladarez's work, on hisfarm "Buenos Aire". Luis Valladarez, founder of the farm, started his business by acquiring a small farm named Buenos Aires before buying two other farms, La Laguna and El Suyatal.

Initially, all his production was sold only as cherries until the construction, a few years ago, of hisown processing plant: Cafetalera Buenos Aires. His goal being tocontrol as best as possible the production and export of these coffees.

In 2004, Luis Emilio's second son, Olman, joined his father and brother to manage and administerthe family farms.

Becomingexpert in processes and single-variety coffees, he began in 2005 to present manyMicro-Lotsfrom his farms at theCup of Excellence competitionof Nicaragua, obtaining very good results there.
