From sustainable agriculture and grown in the Serra do Cigano valley, in the heart of the mountains bordering the states of SaoPaulo and Minas Gerais, this coffee is produced according to a new production model for the region and joins the FAF (Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza) movement.This farm has developed a unique culture, constantly reinvented, in order to apply production methods opposite to those practiced in the rest of the country. In partnership with FAF, the quality of the beans is constantly improved and the coffee is designed and cultivated as an excellence product.This specialty coffee was designed specifically for espresso. The coffee plants are grown in areas located at altitudes between 1200 and 1340 meters and are renowned for regularly producing high-quality coffees with a unique identity.
