Discover the producing country, Ethiopia:
The Sidamo region is located in southern Ethiopia, on the border with Kenya. It takes its name from an ethnic group: the Sidamas, a people established in southwestern Ethiopia. The south of the country is a privileged and exclusive place for coffee cultivation.
The coffees grow in the shade of forest trees and are harvested manually in a selective manner. They then undergo wet processing, a method that gives them a very beautiful acidity.
Moka Sidamo represents 11% of production. Washed quality is in high demand.
