Yellow Shot, the new dark roast coffee beans
In the heart of the Sidamo region, in Ethiopia, Daye Bensa cultivates these coffee beans from the Heirloom variety. Its plantations, located at an altitude of 1850 m, deliver coffee cherries with perfect ripeness containing coffee beans loaded with complex sugars. Expect a coffee rich in aromas!
We don't deny ourselves the pleasure between the appearance of a beautiful persistent crema and tiger-striped, and that of the citrus notes released by the espresso during extraction.
The tasting of Yellow Shot begins with an attack around citrus reminiscent of orange marmalade. Its body allows you to also discover dark chocolate notes. In the finish, we note lemon zest enhanced by the presence of nutmeg notes. The Yellow Shot is a Specialty Coffee having obtained a score of 84/100.
