This preparation can be enjoyed with equal pleasure hot or cold. It will delight young and old alike, with no theine or tannin.
Being composed exclusively of fruits, this infusion requires a longer steeping time to release all its aromas: let the sachet infuse for 10 h in cold water.
Then remove the sachet, add pieces of fruit to your liking or a few ice cubes. Serve and enjoy.
