This coffee grinder is designed for baristas looking to combine simplicity, efficiency and ergonomics. It offers everything needed to produce quality grinding in a small to medium-sized café. Its hopper offers a capacity of 1.1 kilo and its 64mm burrs can reach up to 1,600 revolutions per minute. A fast and efficient grinding coupled with a continuous micrometric grind adjustment.
The Jolly V Up is the first in the Mazzer grinder range to feature a bright touchscreen control display.
Its wide-angle touchscreen offers very precise touch detection and provides a very simple to use interface through which you can:
- Program doses (single, double or triple)
- Access grinding mode
- Access distributed dose counting
choose the amount of grind to distribute, to count the doses.
The grinder also features a adjustable universal portafilter holder in height. The plus is that by pressing on the portafilter, you will start grinding the coffee beans and trigger the distribution of the grind into your portafilter. Time saving and minimal gestures.
Its ground coffee powder distribution control system offers you a clump-free grind and prevents coffee dust from getting everywhere on your work surface.
