The steps to a flavorful coffee

The Slow Coffee method includes a fundamental step called Blooming. This extraction technique consists of lightly moistening the coffee beforehand to perform a pre-infusion, for about thirty seconds. This is made possible thanks to the reclosable valve and allows the aromas to be released: the gases from roasting escape and make way for the aromas to express their full power and thus obtain a full-bodied and rich coffee. This valve can also be used as a "drip stop" function when removing the carafe.

The alliance of design with functionality

- The base is made of metal, offering an extremely high-quality finish, it has a non-slip coating to optimize stability. The support ring is connected to the lower part by gold-colored side rods that give it this successful aesthetic.

- The 1x4® filter holder in high-quality tritan is removable. The special grooves ensure perfectly controlled extraction and flavor.

- The filter holder has been designed to optimize water flow. Thanks to the double flow, the rate is constant and the extraction regular.

- The 700 ml borosilicate glass ensures robustness and resistance. This capacity corresponds to approximately 5 or 6 cups.

- Practical for maintenance, the filter holder and carafe are dishwasher compatible.
