The LatteSelect® 630-212 bean-to-cup coffee machine offers intuitive navigation thanks to its dual display. Its touch panel provides direct access to a wide range of beverages: espresso, long coffee, hot milk, latte macchiato, cappuccino, and hot water.

The color TFT screen, controllable via a dial located to the right of the coffee spout, allows access to the other beverage options offered. You can adjust the cup volume between 25 and 220 ml, choose from 4 intensity levels, and even save your favorite beverages via user profiles.

The espresso grinder incorporates an ultra-silent conical steel grinder developed by Melitta, for peaceful beverage preparation.

During extraction, pressure is carefully calibrated with intensity and grind fineness settings, each element impacting the result in the cup. Grind fineness moderates the balance between acidity and bitterness, while coffee intensity depends on the amount extracted per cup.

Easy maintenance of the Melitta bean-to-cup espresso machine

Melitta developed the LatteSelect model prioritizing simple and accessible maintenance. The TFT screen guides you through the following maintenance operations:

• Cleaning the brewing chamber: Grind residues may persist after each use, affecting your coffee's aromas. To maintain it, turn off the machine, open the right side hatch, remove the chamber and rinse it with lukewarm water weekly. Once dry, reinsert it without cleaning products.
• Descaling: This operation protects your machine from limescale that could damage the internal circuit. Its frequency varies according to your consumption, with a recommendation of 2 to 3 months. Use a descaling agent and follow the on-screen instructions.
• Filter cartridge: The LatteSelect® 630-212 accepts Pro Aqua cartridges. Essential with tap water, they eliminate particles and part of the limescale to enhance your coffee's aromas.
• Milk system: The preparation system and reservoir are dishwasher safe. The carafe can be stored in the refrigerator after use, with complete cleaning recommended after 48h, ideally with an appropriate detergent.
