You can adjust the cup length (from 25 to 220 ml), choose intensity from 4 levels and customize each beverage according to your customers' preferences thanks to saved profiles.

The Melitta bean-to-cup coffee machine delivers exceptional quality in every cup thanks to the Aromatic Coffee Enjoyment function, which optimizes contact between the ground coffee and water to extract rich and deep aromas.

The the extraction is precisely calibrated based on pressure, intensity and grind fineness, allowing you to customize the coffee according to customer preferences. Grind fineness influences the balance between acidity and bitterness, while intensity determines the strength of the coffee, adjusting the amount extracted for each cup.

The bean-to-cup machine offers up to 12 drinks different, including a cappuccino prepared according to the traditional recipe, where the coffee flows first. Thanks to the double emulsion technology, milk-based drinks can be prepared simultaneously in duo, thus offering a fast and efficient service for your customers.

Simplified maintenance for lasting performance

The coffee machine Melitta LatteSelect® simplifies daily maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and a long service life. Thanks to its TFT screen, the machine guides you through all the necessary maintenance steps.

• Brewing unit cleaning : After each use, residues can accumulate, affecting the quality of your coffee. To clean it, turn off the machine, open the side flap, remove the brewing unit and rinse it with lukewarm water every week. No chemicals are required.
• Descaling : Regular descaling is essential to prevent limescale buildup and preserve the machine's internal components. It is recommended to perform this every 2 to 3 months, depending on usage intensity, following the instructions displayed on the screen.
• Filter cartridge : To optimize water quality and preserve your coffee aromas, use Pro Aqua filter cartridges, especially if you use tap water. They reduce limescale and unwanted particles.
• Milk preparation system : The reservoir and milk preparation system are dishwasher safe. After each service, you can store the carafe in the refrigerator, but be sure to clean it completely after 48 hours of use, preferably with a suitable detergent.
