Green tea with mint - Dammann Frères

Inspired by the famous Moroccan mint tea, let yourself be tempted by this moment of pleasure with this flavored mint tea. It combines Gunpowder green tea with two varieties of mint leaves to create a perfect harmony.

The sweetness of spearmint and the piquant freshness of peppermint establish a perfect communion. According to Moroccan tradition, this tea is enjoyed very hot and very sweet for maximum indulgence.

For its preparation, bring 100 ml of water to 90°C, then place a tea sachet in your cup. Let infuse for 3 to 4 minutes, remove the filter, then add sugar to taste.
This infusion can also be enjoyed without sugar to appreciate the slight bitterness of green tea infused at 90°C. For an iced version, prepare it the day before and place it in the refrigerator to cool.
